Founded by Katrina Woods, a passionate educator with over a decade of teaching experience, LaunchPad is dedicated to helping students soar through personalized learning, mentorship, and community-driven support.

Our mission is to bridge educational gaps and cultivate academic excellence for students of all backgrounds. By providing equitable access to high-quality learning experiences, we aim to help young people unlock their full potential—both in school and in life.
Founder
Katrina Woods, Founder and Executive Director, brings more than 10 years of classroom experience and a deep commitment to educational equity. Her belief—that strong communities begin with strong learners—guides every aspect of LaunchPad’s work. Through her leadership, LaunchPad Learning Center has become a trusted resource for students, families, and educators alike.
