Founder

Katrina Woods is the Founder and Executive Director of LaunchPad Learning Center, LLC. With more than a decade of classroom experience, she is a passionate educator and visionary leader committed to expanding access, opportunity, and educational excellence for all learners.

Guided by her belief that strong communities are built by empowering strong learners, Katrina founded LaunchPad to provide innovative enrichment, academic support, and personalized learning experiences that meet students where they are and launch them toward where they are meant to be.

Under her leadership, LaunchPad Learning Center has grown into a trusted partner for students, families, and educational institutions, known for its integrity, impact, and unwavering dedication to student success.
